DIRTY DOZEN - Fly Box
The Dirty Dozen Fly Box is built around four of my most trusted confidence patterns—the flies I reach for when chasing trout across the rivers and streams of Idaho and the greater Western U.S. These proven patterns have fooled countless trout and earned a permanent spot in my fly box.
What makes the Dirty Dozen different isn't just the flies—it's the people behind them.
Every pattern is hand-selected by me and hand-tied in East Idaho by local fly fisherman Sam Adams, using the same flies I fish myself. They're paired with a one-of-a-kind Dirty Dozen Fly Box, designed and 3D printed by fellow East Idaho angler Jake Cook, giving each kit a handcrafted, grassroots feel that reflects the DIY spirit of fly fishing.
A huge thanks to Snake River Fly for letting us include their signature Burnt Toast Balanced Leech in the lineup. It's a straight up fish-catcher, and I'm excited to share it as part of the Dirty Dozen.
This isn't a mass-produced fly assortment pulled from a warehouse. It's a collaboration between local anglers who spend their time on the water, creating gear we actually fish ourselves.
